RETURNS

KIT Customs only accepts returns of brand new items. Items must be undamaged and show no signs of use, and returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email. Your email should include your order number and the item number(s) you wish to return. After our team confirms the return, you must ship the item(s) to the designated address within 14 days.

Items requiring exchange or return should be shipped directly to us.

The following items are not eligible for return: customized items.

If we receive a return that does not meet the above conditions, the customer will not receive a refund.

Order Cancellation:

Only orders in a pending status can be canceled, meaning the order has not yet been packaged and has not left our warehouse. Please contact our customer support to cancel your order.

Product Exchange:

We accept product exchanges. However, these requests are subject to prior stock confirmation. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service.

Refund Method and Timeline:

KIT Customs will endeavor to process refunds within 21 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

For canceled orders (orders that have been paid for but not yet shipped), the refund period is up to 14 days.

Refunds will be issued as follows:

Shipping Cost Refund:
Shipping costs for both delivery and return will be borne by the customer.

Unclaimed Orders and Pickup Point Delivery

If delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable, the package may be redirected to a local pickup point according to the carrier's regulations.

If the customer chooses not to collect the package from the designated pickup location – despite being notified of its arrival – KIT Customs is not responsible for the unretrieved order.

In this case, unless the postal service returns the package to us in its original condition, we are not obligated to attempt redelivery or issue a refund.
