Processing time

Most orders (including custom name/number) are produced in 2–4 business days. During peak seasons (pre-season, holidays) processing may take longer — we will always state current estimates on the product or checkout page.

Shipping time & costs

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Europe: 3–8 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–12 business days
  • UK: 3–8 business days
  • Asia, Australia, Middle East: 6–14 business days

Shipping costs depend on destination & weight. Exact shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We offer periodic free-shipping promotions — check banners and product pages for active deals.

Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. Use the tracking link to follow delivery progress and estimated arrival.

Customs, duties & local taxes

International customers may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on local regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot control customs processing times.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows an issue or no movement for longer than the carrier’s average, contact our support at support@kitcustoms.com and we’ll investigate immediately and help file a claim.

Important notes for custom jerseys

Custom jerseys are made-to-order. Minor variations (e.g., 1–3 cm) due to handcrafted application are normal and not considered defects. Please double-check customization spelling and numbers before placing the order.
