By using KitCustoms (the “Site”) and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices displayed are in your chosen currency and include product cost; shipping and duties may be added. We may correct pricing errors or refuse orders if necessary.

Custom items (names, numbers, logos) are made-to-order. Please ensure customization details are correct. Minor handcrafted variations (1–3 cm) are normal. Custom items are final sale except for defects or incorrect fulfillment by us.

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store full card details on our servers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

Shipping timelines are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for full details. We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

All website content, logos, and designs are owned by KitCustoms or used with permission. You may not reproduce our proprietary content without consent. When you upload artwork, you confirm you have rights to use it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KitCustoms’ liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms. The “Effective date” at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
