Return & Refunds 🔁

Simple, fair policies — built for fans

We want you to love your KitCustoms™ jersey. Below explains when returns or refunds are possible and how to request them.

Non-custom items (Returns & Exchanges)

If you change your mind on a non-custom item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with tags. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags
  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong/damaged item
Custom items (Name/Number/Personalized)

Custom jerseys are final sale because they are made-to-order. We do accept returns/refunds only if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The customization delivered does not match your order (typo we made)

If any of the above happens, contact support@kitcustoms.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos showing the issue. We’ll respond within 24 business hours and arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.

How to start a return or refund
  1. Contact support@kitcustoms.com with order number and photos (if damaged).
  2. We’ll respond with instructions and an RMA (if needed).
  3. Ship the item back (non-custom returns only) — keep tracking info.
  4. We inspect and process refund within 5 business days after receiving the return.
Exceptions & important notes

Items returned without prior approval may be refused. Personalized items with small tolerance (1–3 cm) or minor print variation are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to deny refunds if misuse or damage is found.
